Let my prayer be set before You as incense, the lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice.

Set a guard, O Jehovah, before my mouth; keep watch over the door of my lips.
[ref]

Let not my heart be inclined to evil speech, to practice wicked deeds with men who do iniquity; and let me not eat of their delicacies.

Let the righteous strike me; it shall be a kindness. And let him rebuke me; it shall be as choicest oil; let my head not refuse it. For still my prayer is against the evil.

Their judges have been overthrown by the hand of our Rock; they have heard my words, for they have been sweet.
