Our purpose is to declare the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the college and university students of America and the world. The skeptics on the campuses are constantly condemning God and justifying their unbelief. Our goal is to defend and glorify God and his government so that every mouth may be stopped and all the world become guilty before the Judge of mankind. Our desire is to see students reconciled to God through repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, the Savior of the world.
The essence of Christianity is a right relationship with God. To have that relationship you must repent of all your sins and selfishness and put your trust in the Lord Jesus Christ who died and rose again for all men. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. (Romans 5:8) The choice is yours!
The center of influence in Jesus' day was the synagogue. That is where you found our Lord much of the time. I am convinced that if the Son of God had come to the United States in the twenty-first century, rather than Israel in the first century, he would have gone to the campuses. The universities control the mind of America.
Bro. Jed: The Bible teaches that all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. The wages or penalty for sin is spiritual death which is eternal separation from God and damnation in Hell.
You are doing it the wrong way! I agree with your message but, I don't like your approach! Jesus preached love and tolerance, why don't you?
Since we preach so hard against sin, invariably I am asked the question a student addressed to me at Indiana University, "Aren't you a sinner?" "No, I am a saint. All Christians are saints," I replied.
The Four Questions What is the origin of life? What is the meaning of life? What is the source of morality? What is our destiny? Daily on campus we tell the students that any religion or philosophy has to answer the questions of origin, meaning, morals...
