The LORD said, "If they will not believe you or be convinced by the first miracle, then this one will convince them.

And this is what will prove it to you: you will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger."

Seeing this miracle that Jesus had performed, the people there said, "Surely this is the Prophet who was to come into the world!"

Get up tomorrow morning at sunrise and make a sudden attack on the city. Then when Gaal and his men come out against you, hit them with all you've got!"

God was with the boy as he grew up; he lived in the wilderness of Paran and became a skillful hunter.

and teach them to obey everything I have commanded you. And I will be with you always, to the end of the age."
