For what my Father wants is that all who see the Son and believe in him should have eternal life. And I will raise them to life on the last day."

In just the same way your Father in heaven does not want any of these little ones to be lost.

"Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father is pleased to give you the Kingdom.

We know that in all things God works for good with those who love him, those whom he has called according to his purpose.

And so those whom God set apart, he called; and those he called, he put right with himself, and he shared his glory with them.

We must thank God at all times for you, friends, you whom the Lord loves. For God chose you as the first to be saved by the Spirit's power to make you his holy people and by your faith in the truth.

God called you to this through the Good News we preached to you; he called you to possess your share of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.

But the solid foundation that God has laid cannot be shaken; and on it are written these words: "The Lord knows those who are his" and "Those who say that they belong to the Lord must turn away from wrongdoing."

My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.

What my Father has given me is greater than everything, and no one can snatch them away from the Father's care.

While I was with them, I kept them safe by the power of your name, the name you gave me. I protected them, and not one of them was lost, except the man who was bound to be lost---so that the scripture might come true.

(He said this so that what he had said might come true: "Father, I have not lost even one of those you gave me.")

If anyone should attack you and try to kill you, the LORD your God will keep you safe, as someone guards a precious treasure. As for your enemies, however, he will throw them away, as someone hurls stones with a sling.

For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.

Your real life is Christ and when he appears, then you too will appear with him and share his glory!

They are for you, who through faith are kept safe by God's power for the salvation which is ready to be revealed at the end of time.

People cannot come to me unless the Father who sent me draws them to me; and I will raise them to life on the last day.

Those who eat my flesh and drink my blood have eternal life, and I will raise them to life on the last day.

Do not be surprised at this; the time is coming when all the dead will hear his voice

"I know," she replied, "that he will rise to life on the last day."

and those who live and believe in me will never die. Do you believe this?"

Those who reject me and do not accept my message have one who will judge them. The words I have spoken will be their judge on the last day!

If the Spirit of God, who raised Jesus from death, lives in you, then he who raised Christ from death will also give life to your mortal bodies by the presence of his Spirit in you.

We, however, are citizens of heaven, and we eagerly wait for our Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, to come from heaven.

He will change our weak mortal bodies and make them like his own glorious body, using that power by which he is able to bring all things under his rule.
