But take heed to yourselves, lest your hearts be weighed down with giddiness, drunkenness, and cares of this life, and that Day come upon you unexpectedly.

Take heed to yourself, that you not make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land where you are going, that it not be a snare in your midst.

Only take heed to yourself and keep your soul diligently, that you not forget the things your eyes have seen, and that they not depart from your heart all the days of your life; and teach them to your children and your grandchildren.

Take diligent heed to your souls, for you saw no form on the day Jehovah spoke to you at Horeb out of the midst of the fire,

Take heed to yourselves, that you not forget the covenant of Jehovah your God which He has made with you, and make for yourselves a carved image in the form of anything which Jehovah your God has forbidden you.

and said to the judges, Take heed to what you are doing, for you do not judge for man but for Jehovah, who is with you in the words of judgment.

Now therefore, let the fear of Jehovah be upon you; take heed and do it, for there is no injustice with Jehovah our God, no partiality, nor taking of bribes.

See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise,

watching carefully that no one fall short of the grace of God; that no root of bitterness springing up cause trouble, and through this many become defiled;

Look to yourselves, that we do not lose those things we have produced, but that we may receive a full reward.

Moreover if your brother sins against you, go and reprove him between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your brother.

And if he refuses to hear them, tell it to the church. But if he refuses to hear the church, let him be to you like a foreigner and a tax collector.

You shall not hate your brother in your heart. You shall reprove to correct your neighbor, and not bear sin because of him.

Let the righteous strike me; it shall be a kindness. And let him rebuke me; it shall be as choicest oil; let my head not refuse it. For still my prayer is against the evil.

Do not reprove a scorner, lest he hate you; rebuke a wise man, and he will love you.

A reproof enters more into a wise man than a thousand stripes into a fool.

Open rebuke is better than love carefully concealed.
