The Words of Jehovah are pure Words, like silver tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times.

As for the Mighty God, His way is perfect; the Word of Jehovah is tested; He is a shield to all those who trust in Him.

The Statutes of Jehovah are upright, rejoicing the heart; the Commandments of Jehovah are pure, illuminating the eyes.

Your Word is very pure; therefore Your servant loves it.

Therefore the Law is holy, and the commandment holy and just and good.

But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, fair, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.

You who fear Jehovah, trust in Jehovah; He is their help and their shield.

my goodness and my stronghold, my refuge and my deliverer, my shield and the One in whom I trust, who subdues my people under me.
