Have mercy upon me, O Jehovah, for I am weak; O Jehovah, heal me, for my bones are anxious.

My soul also is exceedingly anxious; but You, O Jehovah, how long?

O my God, my soul is cast down within me; therefore I will remember You from the land of Jordan, from the summits of Hermon, from Mount Mizar.

My heart writhes within me; and the terrors of death have fallen upon me.

Fear and trembling have come upon me, and horror overwhelms me.

Reproach has broken My heart, and I am full of heaviness. I looked for someone to show pity, but there was no one; and for comforters, but I found none.
