Jokshan begot Sheba and Dedan. And the sons of Dedan were Asshurim, Letushim, and Leummim.

And the sons of Midian were Ephah, Epher, Hanoch, Abida, and Eldaah. All these were the sons of Keturah.

And Abraham gave all that he had to Isaac.

But Abraham gave gifts to the sons of the concubines which Abraham had; and while he was still living he sent them eastward, away from Isaac his son, to the lands to the east.

These are the days of the years of Abraham's life which he lived: one hundred and seventy-five years.

Then Abraham expired and died in a good old age, an old man and full of years, and was gathered to his people.

Now these are the generations of Ishmael, Abraham's son, whom Hagar the Egyptian, Sarah's maidservant, bore to Abraham.

They settled from Havilah as far as Shur, which is east of Egypt as you go toward Assyria. He settled in the presence of all his brethren.

And Isaac was forty years old when he took Rebekah, the daughter of Bethuel the Aramean of Paddan, the sister of Laban the Aramean, as wife.

And Isaac entreated Jehovah for his wife, because she was barren; and Jehovah was entreated by him, and Rebekah his wife conceived.

But the sons struggled together within her; and she said, If all is right, why am I like this? So she went to inquire of Jehovah.

And Jehovah said to her: Two nations are in your womb, two peoples shall be separated from your body; one people shall be stronger than the other, and the older shall serve the younger.

So when her days were fulfilled for her to give birth, behold, there were twins in her womb.

And the first came out red. He was like a hairy garment all over; and they called his name Esau.
26
Afterward his brother came out, and his hand took hold of Esau's heel; and his name was called Jacob. Isaac was sixty years old when she bore them.
27
So the boys grew: And Esau was a skillful hunter, a man of the field; and Jacob was a quiet man, dwelling in tents.

And Isaac loved Esau because he had a taste for game, but Rebekah loved Jacob.

Now Jacob boiled stew; and Esau came in from the field, and he was exhausted.
30
And Esau said to Jacob, Please let me gulp down some of that red, red stew, for I am faint. Therefore his name was called Edom.

And Jacob said, Sell me your birthright today.
32
And Esau said, Behold, I am about to die; so what is this birthright to me?
33
And Jacob said, Swear to me this day. So he swore to him, and sold his birthright to Jacob.
34
And Jacob gave Esau bread and stew of lentils; and he ate and drank, arose, and went his way. Thus Esau despised his birthright.
Genesis 26:4
And I will make your seed multiply as the stars of the heavens; I will give to your seed all these lands; and in your Seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed;

And Aholibamah bore Jeush, Jaalam, and Korah. These were the sons of Esau who were born to him in the land of Canaan.

And Esau took his wives, his sons, his daughters, and all the souls of his house, his cattle and all his animals, and all his possessions which he had gained in the land of Canaan, and went to a land away from the presence of his brother Jacob.

For their possessions were too great for them to dwell together, and the land where they were sojourners could not support them because of their livestock.

So Esau dwelt in Mount Seir. Esau is Edom.

And these are the generations of Esau the father of the Edomites in Mount Seir.

These were the names of Esau's sons: Eliphaz the son of Adah the wife of Esau, and Reuel the son of Basemath the wife of Esau.

And the sons of Eliphaz were Teman, Omar, Zepho, Gatam, and Kenaz.

And Timna was a concubine to Eliphaz, Esau's son, and she bore Amalek to Eliphaz. These were the sons of Adah, Esau's wife.

These were the sons of Reuel: Nahath, Zerah, Shammah, and Mizzah. These were the sons of Basemath, Esau's wife.

These were the sons of Aholibamah, Esau's wife, the daughter of Anah, the daughter of Zibeon. And she bore to Esau: Jeush, Jaalam, and Korah.

These were the chiefs of the sons of Esau: The sons of Eliphaz, the firstborn son of Esau, were Chief Teman, Chief Omar, Chief Zepho, Chief Kenaz,

And these were the sons of Aholibamah, Esau's wife: Chief Jeush, Chief Jaalam, and Chief Korah. These were the chiefs from Aholibamah, Esau's wife, the daughter of Anah.

These were the sons of Esau, who is Edom; and these were their chiefs.

These were the sons of Seir the Horite who dwelt in the land: Lotan, Shobal, Zibeon, Anah,

Dishon, Ezer, and Dishan. These were the chiefs of the Horites, the sons of Seir, in the land of Edom.

And the sons of Lotan were Hori and Hemam. Lotan's sister was Timna.

These were the sons of Shobal: Alvan, Manahath, Ebal, Shepho, and Onam.

These were the sons of Zibeon: both Ajah and Anah. This was the Anah who found the water in the wilderness as he pastured the donkeys of his father Zibeon.

These were the children of Anah: Dishon and Aholibamah the daughter of Anah.

These were the sons of Dishon: Hemdan, Eshban, Ithran, and Cheran.

These were the sons of Ezer: Bilhan, Zaavan, and Akan.
