After two days He will heal us: in the third day we shall arise, and live before Him, and shall know [Him.]

For I know that He is eternal who is about to deliver me,

which I am conscious of in myself, which my eye has seen, and not another, but all have been fulfilled to me in my bosom.

He will support him, that he should not perish, and will restore his body as [fresh] plaster upon a wall; and He will fill his bones with marrow.

because You will not leave my soul in Hades, neither will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption.

O Lord, You have brought up my soul from Hades, You have delivered me from [among] them that go down to the pit.

But God shall deliver my soul from the power of Hades, when He shall receive me. Pause.

What many and great afflictions have You shown me! Yet You turned and revived me, and brought me again from the depths of the earth.

For Your mercy is great toward me; and You have delivered my soul from the depths of hell.

Death has prevailed and swallowed [men] up; but again the Lord God has taken away every tear from every face. He has taken away the reproach of [His] people from all the earth; for the mouth of the Lord has spoken it.

And the Lord spoke to me, saying, Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel: and they say, Our bones have become dry, our hope has perished, we are quite spent.

And you shall know that I am the Lord, when I have opened your graves, that I may bring up My people from [their] graves.

For if their casting away means reconciliation [for the] world, what will their acceptance be, if not life from the dead?

The dead shall rise, and they that are in the tombs shall be raised, and they that are in the earth shall rejoice; for the dew from You is healing to them; but the land of the ungodly shall perish.

For since by a man death [came], also by a Man comes the resurrection of the dead.

For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all will be made alive.

in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

So when this corruptible should put on incorruption, and this mortal should put on immortality, then will come to pass the word which was written: "Death was swallowed up in victory."

Now the sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.

For we who are in this tent groan, being burdened, inasmuch as we do not desire to be stripped, but to put on [clothing], that that which is mortal may be swallowed up by life.

who will transform our lowly body, that it may be conformed to His glorious body, according to the working by which He is able even to subject all things to Himself.

For if we believe that Jesus died and rose [again], thus also God will bring with Him those who die in Jesus.

And the sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades gave up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to their works.

And He shall wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying out; neither shall there be any more pain, for the former things have passed away."

God is not as a man that He should waver, nor as a son of man that He should be threatened; shall He say and not perform? Shall He speak and not keep [His word]?

And Israel shall be divided in two: and [God] will not turn nor repent, for He is not as a man to repent.

You have turned away from Me, says the Lord, you will go back. Therefore I will stretch out My hand, and I will destroy you, and will spare them no more.

For I am the Lord your God, and I change not;

For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.
