A Psalm of praise for the sons of Korah on the second [day] of the week. Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in His holy mountain.

There is none like You, O Lord, among the gods; and there are no [works] like Your works.

For You are great, and do wondrous things; You alone are the great God.

For who in the heavens shall be compared to the Lord? And who shall be likened to the Lord among the sons of God?

For the Lord is a great God, and a great King over all gods; for the Lord will not cast off His people.

For the Lord is great, and greatly to be praised; He is to be feared above all gods.

For all the gods of the heathen are demons; but the Lord made the heavens.

For You are Lord Most High over all the earth; You are greatly exalted above all gods.

For the Lord your God, He [is the] God of gods and the Lord of lords, the great and mighty; the awesome God, who is no respector of persons, nor will He by any means accept a bribe;

[It is] He that comprehends the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants in it are as grasshoppers; He that set up the heaven as a chamber, and stretched [it] out as a tent to dwell in;

Now then to whom have you compared Me, that I may be exalted? Says the Holy One.

They must certainly be borne, for they cannot ride [of themselves]. Fear them not, for they cannot do any evil, and there is no good in them.

Thus shall you say to them: Let the gods which have not made heaven and earth perish from off the earth, and from under this sky.

Therefore I publish a decree: Every people, tribe, [or] language that shall speak reproachfully against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, [and] Abed-Nego shall be destroyed, and their houses shall be plundered, because there is no other God who shall be able to deliver thus.

This decree has been set forth by me in every dominion of my kingdom, that [men must] tremble and fear before the God of Daniel; for He is the living and eternal God, and His kingdom shall not be destroyed, and His dominion is forever.

He helps and delivers, and works signs and wonders in the heaven and on the earth, who has rescued Daniel from the power of the lions.
