Jesus said in a loud voice, "Whoever believes in me believes not only in me but also in him who sent me.

I have come into the world as light, so that everyone who believes in me should not remain in the darkness.

Those who reject me and do not accept my message have one who will judge them. The words I have spoken will be their judge on the last day!

"Whoever welcomes you welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me welcomes the one who sent me.

You can be sure that whoever gives even a drink of cold water to one of the least of these my followers because he is my follower, will certainly receive a reward."

The King will reply, 'I tell you, whenever you did this for one of the least important of these followers of mine, you did it for me!'

"Whoever welcomes in my name one of these children, welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me, welcomes not only me but also the one who sent me."

and said to them, "Whoever welcomes this child in my name, welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me, also welcomes the one who sent me. For the one who is least among you all is the greatest."

Jesus said to his disciples, "Whoever listens to you listens to me; whoever rejects you rejects me; and whoever rejects me rejects the one who sent me."

But even though my physical condition was a great trial to you, you did not despise or reject me. Instead, you received me as you would an angel from heaven; you received me as you would Christ Jesus.

Since you have accepted Christ Jesus as Lord, live in union with him.

So then, whoever rejects this teaching is not rejecting a human being, but God, who gives you his Holy Spirit.
