He was placed in a grave with those who are evil, he was buried with the rich, even though he had never committed a crime or ever told a lie."

So they left and made the tomb secure by putting a seal on the stone and leaving the guard on watch.

Suddenly there was a violent earthquake; an angel of the Lord came down from heaven, rolled the stone away, and sat on it.

On the way they said to one another, "Who will roll away the stone for us from the entrance to the tomb?" (It was a very large stone.) Then they looked up and saw that the stone had already been rolled back.

They found the stone rolled away from the entrance to the tomb,

Early on Sunday morning, while it was still dark, Mary Magdalene went to the tomb and saw that the stone had been taken away from the entrance.
