Then Jesus spoke to the crowd, "Did you have to come with swords and clubs to capture me, as though I were an outlaw? Every day I sat down and taught in the Temple, and you did not arrest me.

"Jesus of Nazareth," they answered. "I am he," he said. Judas, the traitor, was standing there with them.

Again Jesus asked them, "Who is it you are looking for?" "Jesus of Nazareth," they said.

"My friends," he said, "the scripture had to come true in which the Holy Spirit, speaking through David, made a prediction about Judas, who was the guide for those who arrested Jesus.
