Keep yourselves holy, because I am the LORD your God.

to say to the community of Israel, "Be holy, because I, the LORD your God, am holy.

Praise the LORD our God; worship before his throne! Holy is he!

Praise the LORD our God, and worship at his sacred hill! The LORD our God is holy.

They were calling out to each other: "Holy, holy, holy! The LORD Almighty is holy! His glory fills the world."

Get out of our way and stop blocking our path. We don't want to hear about your holy God of Israel."

Instead, be holy in all that you do, just as God who called you is holy.

The scripture says, "Be holy because I am holy."

"To the angel of the church in Philadelphia write: "This is the message from the one who is holy and true. He has the key that belonged to David, and when he opens a door, no one can close it, and when he closes it, no one can open it.

He gave himself for us, to rescue us from all wickedness and to make us a pure people who belong to him alone and are eager to do good.
