In my distress I called upon the LORD, And cried out to my God; He heard my voice from His temple, And my cry [entered] His ears.

And Micaiah said, "[As] the LORD lives, whatever my God says, that I will speak."

Remember me, my God, for good, [according to] all that I have done for this people.

"My God sent His angel and shut the lions' mouths, so that they have not hurt me, because I was found innocent before Him; and also, O king, I have done no wrong before you."

Therefore I will look to the LORD; I will wait for the God of my salvation; My God will hear me.

Jesus said to her, "Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to My Father; but go to My brethren and say to them, 'I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and [to] My God and your God.' "

Then He said to Thomas, "Reach your finger here, and look at My hands; and reach your hand [here,] and put [it] into My side. Do not be unbelieving, but believing."

First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for you all, that your faith is spoken of throughout the whole world.

lest, when I come again, my God will humble me among you, and I shall mourn for many who have sinned before and have not repented of the uncleanness, fornication, and lewdness which they have practiced.

I thank my God, making mention of you always in my prayers,

And he blessed Joseph, and said: "God, before whom my fathers Abraham and Isaac walked, The God who has fed me all my life long to this day,

"So He humbled you, allowed you to hunger, and fed you with manna which you did not know nor did your fathers know, that He might make you know that man shall not live by bread alone; but man lives by every [word] that proceeds from the mouth of the LORD.

"Your garments did not wear out on you, nor did your foot swell these forty years.

You gave them bread from heaven for their hunger, And brought them water out of the rock for their thirst, And told them to go in to possess the land Which You had sworn to give them.

A Psalm of David. The LORD [is] my shepherd; I shall not want.

He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name's sake.

You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over.

To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. Blessed [is] he who considers the poor; The LORD will deliver him in time of trouble.

The LORD will strengthen him on his bed of illness; You will sustain him on his sickbed.

For the LORD God [is] a sun and shield; The LORD will give grace and glory; No good [thing] will He withhold From those who walk uprightly.

A good man deals graciously and lends; He will guide his affairs with discretion.

He will not be afraid of evil tidings; His heart is steadfast, trusting in the LORD.

He has dispersed abroad, He has given to the poor; His righteousness endures forever; His horn will be exalted with honor.

Honor the LORD with your possessions, And with the firstfruits of all your increase;

So your barns will be filled with plenty, And your vats will overflow with new wine.

There is [one] who scatters, yet increases more; And there is [one] who withholds more than is right, But it [leads] to poverty.

The generous soul will be made rich, And he who waters will also be watered himself.

Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, That there may be food in My house, And try Me now in this," Says the LORD of hosts, "If I will not open for you the windows of heaven And pour out for you [such] blessing That [there will] not [be room] enough [to receive it.]

"For all these things the nations of the world seek after, and your Father knows that you need these things.

"Do not fear, little flock, for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.

And God [is] able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all [things,] may have an abundance for every good work.

Now may He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for food, supply and multiply the seed you have [sown] and increase the fruits of your righteousness,

They are abundantly satisfied with the fullness of Your house, And You give them drink from the river of Your pleasures.

O LORD, how manifold are Your works! In wisdom You have made them all. The earth is full of Your possessions --

O Israel, hope in the LORD; For with the LORD [there is] mercy, And with Him [is] abundant redemption.

and that He might make known the riches of His glory on the vessels of mercy, which He had prepared beforehand for glory,

Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable [are] His judgments and His ways past finding out!

In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace

the eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,

that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in [His] kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.

To me, who am less than the least of all the saints, this grace was given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ,

that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man,

To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.

Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

Command those who are rich in this present age not to be haughty, nor to trust in uncertain riches but in the living God, who gives us richly all things to enjoy.

For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy [to be compared] with the glory which shall be revealed in us.

For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding [and] eternal weight of glory,

that you would walk worthy of God who calls you into His own kingdom and glory.

The elders who are among you I exhort, I who am a fellow elder and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that will be revealed:

But may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle [you.]
