When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the LORD appeared to Abram and said to him, "I [am] Almighty God; walk before Me and be blameless.

"Please let a little water be brought, and wash your feet, and rest yourselves under the tree.

Then Amaziah said to the man of God, "But what [shall we] do about the hundred talents which I have given to the troops of Israel?" And the man of God answered, "The LORD is able to give you much more than this."

'Ah, Lord GOD! Behold, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretched arm. There is nothing too hard for You.

"Behold, I [am] the LORD, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for Me?

"If that [is the case,] our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver [us] from your hand, O king.

And when he came to the den, he cried out with a lamenting voice to Daniel. The king spoke, saying to Daniel, "Daniel, servant of the living God, has your God, whom you serve continually, been able to deliver you from the lions?"

"and do not think to say to yourselves, 'We have Abraham as [our] father.' For I say to you that God is able to raise up children to Abraham from these stones.

"My Father, who has given [them] to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch [them] out of My Father's hand.

"I and [My] Father are one."

and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform.

Now to Him who is able to establish you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery kept secret since the world began

Therefore He is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.

concluding that God [was] able to raise [him] up, even from the dead, from which he also received him in a figurative sense.

Now may the God of peace who brought up our Lord Jesus from the dead, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,

make you complete in every good work to do His will, working in you what is well pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom [be] glory forever and ever. Amen.

There is one Lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy. Who are you to judge another?

Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, And to present [you] faultless Before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy,

And the LORD passed before him and proclaimed, "The LORD, the LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abounding in goodness and truth,

"And yet this was a small thing in Your sight, O Lord GOD; and You have also spoken of Your servant's house for a great while to come. [Is] this the manner of man, O Lord GOD?

"And I have also given you what you have not asked: both riches and honor, so that there shall not be anyone like you among the kings all your days.

They are abundantly satisfied with the fullness of Your house, And You give them drink from the river of Your pleasures.

For with You [is] the fountain of life; In Your light we see light.

I have come to my garden, my sister, [my] spouse; I have gathered my myrrh with my spice; I have eaten my honeycomb with my honey; I have drunk my wine with my milk. (TO HIS FRIENDS) Eat, O friends! Drink, yes, drink deeply, O beloved ones! THE SHULAMITE

It shall blossom abundantly and rejoice, Even with joy and singing. The glory of Lebanon shall be given to it, The excellence of Carmel and Sharon. They shall see the glory of the LORD, The excellency of our God.

Let the wicked forsake his way, And the unrighteous man his thoughts; Let him return to the LORD, And He will have mercy on him; And to our God, For He will abundantly pardon.

"The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have [it] more abundantly.

But as it is written: "Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man The things which God has prepared for those who love Him."

And the grace of our Lord was exceedingly abundant, with faith and love which are in Christ Jesus.

for so an entrance will be supplied to you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

of which I became a minister according to the gift of the grace of God given to me by the effective working of His power.

and what [is] the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power

To this [end] I also labor, striving according to His working which works in me mightily.
