But Jesus did not commit Himself to them, because He knew all [men,]

and had no need that anyone should testify of man, for He knew what was in man.

And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things [are] naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we [must give] account.

His brothers therefore said to Him, "Depart from here and go into Judea, that Your disciples also may see the works that You are doing.

"For no one does anything in secret while he himself seeks to be known openly. If You do these things, show Yourself to the world."

The next day a great multitude that had come to the feast, when they heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem,

took branches of palm trees and went out to meet Him, and cried out: "Hosanna! 'Blessed [is] He who comes in the name of the LORD!' The King of Israel!"

Then those who went before and those who followed cried out, saying: "Hosanna! 'Blessed [is] He who comes in the name of the LORD!'

saying: " 'Blessed [is] the King who comes in the name of the LORD!' Peace in heaven and glory in the highest!"

"I do not receive honor from men.

Jesus answered, "My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, My servants would fight, so that I should not be delivered to the Jews; but now My kingdom is not from here."

Immediately Jesus made His disciples get into the boat and go before Him to the other side, while He sent the multitudes away.

And when He had sent them away, He departed to the mountain to pray.

Then He saw them straining at rowing, for the wind was against them. Now about the fourth watch of the night He came to them, walking on the sea, and would have passed them by.

for they all saw Him and were troubled. But immediately He talked with them and said to them, "Be of good cheer! It is I; do not be afraid."

For they had not understood about the loaves, because their heart was hardened.
