Then Jesus answered and said to them, "Most assuredly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner.

Then Jesus said to them, "When you lift up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am [He,] and [that] I do nothing of Myself; but as My Father taught Me, I speak these things.

Jesus said to them, "If God were your Father, you would love Me, for I proceeded forth and came from God; nor have I come of Myself, but He sent Me.

"Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in Me? The words that I speak to you I do not speak on My own [authority;] but the Father who dwells in Me does the works.

"You judge according to the flesh; I judge no one.

"And yet if I do judge, My judgment is true; for I am not alone, but I [am] with the Father who sent Me.

"Far be it from You to do such a thing as this, to slay the righteous with the wicked, so that the righteous should be as the wicked; far be it from You! Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?"

For He is coming, for He is coming to judge the earth. He shall judge the world with righteousness, And the peoples with His truth.

His delight [is] in the fear of the LORD, And He shall not judge by the sight of His eyes, Nor decide by the hearing of His ears;

But with righteousness He shall judge the poor, And decide with equity for the meek of the earth; He shall strike the earth with the rod of His mouth, And with the breath of His lips He shall slay the wicked.

But we know that the judgment of God is according to truth against those who practice such things.

But in accordance with your hardness and your impenitent heart you are treasuring up for yourself wrath in the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God,

Jesus said to them, "My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me, and to finish His work.

"For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me.

"And I do not seek My [own] glory; there is One who seeks and judges.

"I have glorified You on the earth. I have finished the work which You have given Me to do.

So Jesus said to Peter, "Put your sword into the sheath. Shall I not drink the cup which My Father has given Me?"

Then I said, "Behold, I come; In the scroll of the book [it is] written of me.

I delight to do Your will, O my God, And Your law [is] within my heart."

He went a little farther and fell on His face, and prayed, saying, "O My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as You [will."]

For even Christ did not please Himself; but as it is written, "The reproaches of those who reproached You fell on Me."

[As for] Samaria, her king is cut off Like a twig on the water.

" O Israel, you have sinned from the days of Gibeah; There they stood. The battle in Gibeah against the children of iniquity Did not overtake them.
