"But now I come to You, and these things I speak in the world, that they may have My joy fulfilled in themselves.

Now before the feast of the Passover, when Jesus knew that His hour had come that He should depart from this world to the Father, having loved His own who were in the world, He loved them to the end.

Jesus, knowing that the Father had given all things into His hands, and that He had come from God and was going to God,

"I came forth from the Father and have come into the world. Again, I leave the world and go to the Father."

Now when He had spoken these things, while they watched, He was taken up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight.

who also said, "Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This [same] Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven."

"whom heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things, which God has spoken by the mouth of all His holy prophets since the world began.

who being the brightness of [His] glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,

For Christ has not entered the holy places made with hands, [which are] copies of the true, but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us;

"I have given them Your word; and the world has hated them because they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.

"They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world.

"As You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world.

" If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before [it hated] you.

"Remember the word that I said to you, 'A servant is not greater than his master.' If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you. If they kept My word, they will keep yours also.

"These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world."

" Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves.

Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.

not as Cain [who] was of the wicked one and murdered his brother. And why did he murder him? Because his works were evil and his brother's righteous.

We know that we are of God, and the whole world lies [under the sway of] the wicked one.

"O righteous Father! The world has not known You, but I have known You; and these have known that You sent Me.

"Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.

but as He who called you [is] holy, you also be holy in all [your] conduct,

And if you call on the Father, who without partiality judges according to each one's work, conduct yourselves throughout the time of your stay [here] in fear;

[The] four living creatures, each having six wings, were full of eyes around and within. And they do not rest day or night, saying: "Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, Who was and is and is to come!"

Who shall not fear You, O Lord, and glorify Your name? For [You] alone [are] holy. For all nations shall come and worship before You, For Your judgments have been manifested."

"While I was with them in the world, I kept them in Your name. Those whom You gave Me I have kept; and none of them is lost except the son of perdition, that the Scripture might be fulfilled.

"I do not pray that You should take them out of the world, but that You should keep them from the evil one.

"My Father, who has given [them] to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch [them] out of My Father's hand.

"I and [My] Father are one."

Keep me as the apple of Your eye; Hide me under the shadow of Your wings,

From the wicked who oppress me, [From] my deadly enemies who surround me.

I, the LORD, keep it, I water it every moment; Lest any hurt it, I keep it night and day.

who are kept by the power of God through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

Jude, a bondservant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, To those who are called, sanctified by God the Father, and preserved in Jesus Christ:

Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, And to present [you] faultless Before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy,

Help us, O God of our salvation, For the glory of Your name; And deliver us, and provide atonement for our sins, For Your name's sake!

The name of the LORD [is] a strong tower; The righteous run to it and are safe.

As fire burns brushwood, As fire causes water to boil -- To make Your name known to Your adversaries, [That] the nations may tremble at Your presence!

O LORD, though our iniquities testify against us, Do it for Your name's sake; For our backslidings are many, We have sinned against You.

Do not abhor [us,] for Your name's sake; Do not disgrace the throne of Your glory. Remember, do not break Your covenant with us.

"But I acted for My name's sake, that it should not be profaned before the Gentiles among whom they [were,] in whose sight I had made Myself known to them, to bring them out of the land of Egypt.

"Nevertheless I withdrew My hand and acted for My name's sake, that it should not be profaned in the sight of the Gentiles, in whose sight I had brought them out.

"Then you shall know that I [am] the LORD, when I have dealt with you for My name's sake, not according to your wicked ways nor according to your corrupt doings, O house of Israel," says the Lord GOD.' "

"In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name.

For the Scripture says to Pharaoh, "For this very purpose I have raised you up, that I may show My power in you, and that My name may be declared in all the earth."

"that they all may be one, as You, Father, [are] in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me.

"And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one:

"I and [My] Father are one."

"At that day you will know that I [am] in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you.

Now may the God of patience and comfort grant you to be like-minded toward one another, according to Christ Jesus,

that you may with one mind [and] one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Now I plead with you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing, and [that] there be no divisions among you, but [that] you be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.

For as the body is one and has many members, but all the members of that one body, being many, are one body, so also [is] Christ.

For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body -- whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free -- and have all been made to drink into one Spirit.

[There is] one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling;
