"But these are the ones sown on good ground, those who hear the word, accept [it,] and bear fruit: some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some a hundred."

"Cry aloud, spare not; Lift up your voice like a trumpet; Tell My people their transgression, And the house of Jacob their sins.

"[Is] not My word like a fire?" says the LORD, "And like a hammer [that] breaks the rock in pieces?

"But others fell on good ground and yielded a crop: some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.

"But he who received seed on the good ground is he who hears the word and understands [it,] who indeed bears fruit and produces: some a hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty."

"But others fell on good ground, sprang up, and yielded a crop a hundredfold." When He had said these things He cried, "He who has ears to hear, let him hear!"

"But the ones [that] fell on the good ground are those who, having heard the word with a noble and good heart, keep [it] and bear fruit with patience.

But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name:

who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

"And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.

"But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God."

"If anyone wants to do His will, he shall know concerning the doctrine, whether it is from God or [whether] I speak on My own [authority.]

"I am the vine, you [are] the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.

These were more fair-minded than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures daily [to find out] whether these things were so.

which has come to you, as [it has] also in all the world, and is bringing forth fruit, as [it is] also among you since the day you heard and knew the grace of God in truth;

Therefore, since a promise remains of entering His rest, let us fear lest any of you seem to have come short of it.

For indeed the gospel was preached to us as well as to them; but the word which they heard did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard [it.]

So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath;

Therefore lay aside all filthiness and overflow of wickedness, and receive with meekness the implanted word, which is able to save your souls.

Therefore, laying aside all malice, all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and all evil speaking,

if indeed you have tasted that the Lord [is] gracious.

Then Isaac sowed in that land, and reaped in the same year a hundredfold; and the LORD blessed him.

being filled with the fruits of righteousness which [are] by Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.
