and said, "What are you willing to give me if I deliver Him to you?" And they counted out to him thirty pieces of silver.

Jesus, knowing that the Father had given all things into His hands, and that He had come from God and was going to God,

The LORD makes poor and makes rich; He brings low and lifts up.

He raises the poor from the dust [And] lifts the beggar from the ash heap, To set [them] among princes And make them inherit the throne of glory. "For the pillars of the earth [are] the LORD's, And He has set the world upon them.

Yes, all kings shall fall down before Him; All nations shall serve Him.

He raises the poor out of the dust, [And] lifts the needy out of the ash heap,

That He may seat [him] with princes -- With the princes of His people.

By me kings reign, And rulers decree justice.

'I have made the earth, the man and the beast that [are] on the ground, by My great power and by My outstretched arm, and have given it to whom it seemed proper to Me.

'And now I have given all these lands into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, My servant; and the beasts of the field I have also given him to serve him.

"You, O king, [are] a king of kings. For the God of heaven has given you a kingdom, power, strength, and glory;

"and wherever the children of men dwell, or the beasts of the field and the birds of the heaven, He has given [them] into your hand, and has made you ruler over them all -- you [are] this head of gold.

And they shall drive you from men, and your dwelling [shall be] with the beasts of the field. They shall make you eat grass like oxen; and seven times shall pass over you, until you know that the Most High rules in the kingdom of men, and gives it to whomever He chooses."

"O king, the Most High God gave Nebuchadnezzar your father a kingdom and majesty, glory and honor.

"And because of the majesty that He gave him, all peoples, nations, and languages trembled and feared before him. Whomever he wished, he executed; whomever he wished, he kept alive; whomever he wished, he set up; and whomever he wished, he put down.

"This [is] the interpretation of [each] word. MENE: God has numbered your kingdom, and finished it;

"PERES: Your kingdom has been divided, and given to the Medes and Persians."

"Now is the judgment of this world; now the ruler of this world will be cast out.

"I will no longer talk much with you, for the ruler of this world is coming, and he has nothing in Me.

"of judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged.

And He has on [His] robe and on His thigh a name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.

Rather, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice they sacrifice to demons and not to God, and I do not want you to have fellowship with demons.

You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons; you cannot partake of the Lord's table and of the table of demons.

whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.

not a novice, lest being puffed up with pride he fall into the [same] condemnation as the devil.

And I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, "See [that you do] not [do that!] I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren who have the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy."

Now I, John, saw and heard these things. And when I heard and saw, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel who showed me these things.

Then he said to me, "See [that you do] not [do that.] For I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren the prophets, and of those who keep the words of this book. Worship God."
