Whenever the cloud was taken up from above the tabernacle, after that the children of Israel would journey; and in the place where the cloud settled, there the children of Israel would pitch their tents.

Thus the children of Israel did; according to all that the LORD commanded Moses, so they did.

Thus Moses and Aaron and all the congregation of the children of Israel did to the Levites; according to all that the LORD commanded Moses concerning the Levites, so the children of Israel did to them.

"He has not observed iniquity in Jacob, Nor has He seen wickedness in Israel. The LORD his God [is] with him, And the shout of a King [is] among them.

God brings them out of Egypt; He has strength like a wild ox.

According to all that the LORD had commanded Moses, so the children of Israel did all the work.

Thus Moses did; according to all that the LORD had commanded him, so he did.

Whenever the cloud was taken up from above the tabernacle, the children of Israel would go onward in all their journeys.

But if the cloud was not taken up, then they did not journey till the day that it was taken up.

"The LORD our God spoke to us in Horeb, saying: 'You have dwelt long enough at this mountain.

'Turn and take your journey, and go to the mountains of the Amorites, to all the neighboring [places] in the plain, in the mountains and in the lowland, in the South and on the seacoast, to the land of the Canaanites and to Lebanon, as far as the great river, the River Euphrates.

'You have skirted this mountain long enough; turn northward.

'And command the people, saying, "You [are about to] pass through the territory of your brethren, the descendants of Esau, who live in Seir; and they will be afraid of you. Therefore watch yourselves carefully.

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye.

For this [is] God, Our God forever and ever; He will be our guide [Even] to death.

You will guide me with Your counsel, And afterward receive me [to] glory.

You led Your people like a flock By the hand of Moses and Aaron.

And He led them forth by the right way, That they might go to a city for a dwelling place.

Teach me to do Your will, For You [are] my God; Your Spirit [is] good. Lead me in the land of uprightness.

Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding;

In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.

And being assembled together with [them,] He commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem, but to wait for the Promise of the Father, "which," [He said,] "you have heard from Me;
