"[This shall be] a continual burnt offering throughout your generations [at] the door of the tabernacle of meeting before the LORD, where I will meet you to speak with you.

'Their drink offering shall be half a hin of wine for a bull, one-third of a hin for a ram, and one-fourth of a hin for a lamb; this [is] the burnt offering for each month throughout the months of the year.

'Be sure they are without blemish. You shall present [them] with their drink offerings, besides the regular burnt offering with its grain offering.

'and one-fourth of a HIN of wine as a drink offering you shall prepare with the burnt offering or the sacrifice, for each lamb.

'and as a drink offering you shall offer one-third of a HIN of wine as a sweet aroma to the LORD.

'and you shall bring as the drink offering half a hin of wine as an offering made by fire, a sweet aroma to the LORD.

"With the one lamb shall be one-tenth [of an ephah] of flour mixed with one-fourth of a hin of pressed oil, and one-fourth of a hin of wine [as] a drink offering.

"You shall not offer strange incense on it, or a burnt offering, or a grain offering; nor shall you pour a drink offering on it.

'Its grain offering [shall be] two-tenths [of an ephah] of fine flour mixed with oil, an offering made by fire to the LORD, for a sweet aroma; and its drink offering [shall be] of wine, one-fourth of a hin.

Among the smooth [stones] of the stream [Is] your portion; They, they, [are] your lot! Even to them you have poured a drink offering, You have offered a grain offering. Should I receive comfort in these?

The grain offering and the drink offering Have been cut off from the house of the LORD; The priests mourn, who minister to the LORD.

Gird yourselves and lament, you priests; Wail, you who minister before the altar; Come, lie all night in sackcloth, You who minister to my God; For the grain offering and the drink offering Are withheld from the house of your God.

Who knows [if] He will turn and relent, And leave a blessing behind Him -- A grain offering and a drink offering For the LORD your God?

Yes, and if I am being poured out [as a drink offering] on the sacrifice and service of your faith, I am glad and rejoice with you all.
