and he spoke to Korah and all his company, saying, "Tomorrow morning the LORD will show who [is] His and [who is] holy, and will cause [him] to come near to Him. That one whom He chooses He will cause to come near to Him.

And the sons of Korah [were] Assir, Elkanah, and Abiasaph. These are the families of the Korahites.

The sons of Kohath [were] Amminadab his son, Korah his son, Assir his son,

Tahath his son, Uriel his son, Uzziah his son, and Shaul his son.

[As for] Elkanah, the sons of Elkanah [were] Zophai his son, Nahath his son,

The sons of Samuel [were Joel] the firstborn, and Abijah the second.
