'When his offering [is] a sacrifice of a peace offering, if he offers [it] of the herd, whether male or female, he shall offer it without blemish before the LORD.

'Then he shall offer from the sacrifice of the peace offering an offering made by fire to the LORD. The fat that covers the entrails and all the fat that [is] on the entrails,

'and Aaron's sons shall burn it on the altar upon the burnt sacrifice, which [is] on the wood that [is] on the fire, [as] an offering made by fire, a sweet aroma to the LORD.

'If he offers a lamb as his offering, then he shall offer it before the LORD.

'Then he shall offer from the sacrifice of the peace offering, as an offering made by fire to the LORD, its fat [and] the whole fat tail which he shall remove close to the backbone. And the fat that covers the entrails and all the fat that [is] on the entrails,

'and the priest shall burn [them] on the altar [as] food, an offering made by fire to the LORD.

'He shall lay his hand on its head and kill it before the tabernacle of meeting; and the sons of Aaron shall sprinkle its blood all around on the altar.

'the two kidneys and the fat that [is] on them by the flanks, and the fatty lobe [attached] to the liver above the kidneys, he shall remove;

' [This shall be] a perpetual statute throughout your generations in all your dwellings: you shall eat neither fat nor blood.' "

'But if the sacrifice of his offering [is] a vow or a voluntary offering, it shall be eaten the same day that he offers his sacrifice; but on the next day the remainder of it also may be eaten;

'And whoever offers a sacrifice of a peace offering to the LORD, to fulfill [his] vow, or a freewill offering from the cattle or the sheep, it must be perfect to be accepted; there shall be no defect in it.

Then he sent young men of the children of Israel, who offered burnt offerings and sacrificed peace offerings of oxen to the LORD.

And Hezekiah appointed the divisions of the priests and the Levites according to their divisions, each man according to his service, the priests and Levites for burnt offerings and peace offerings, to serve, to give thanks, and to praise in the gates of the camp of the LORD.

"And one lamb shall be given from a flock of two hundred, from the rich pastures of Israel. These shall be for grain offerings, burnt offerings, and peace offerings, to make atonement for them," says the Lord GOD.

"Then it shall be the prince's part [to give] burnt offerings, grain offerings, and drink offerings, at the feasts, the New Moons, the Sabbaths, and at all the appointed seasons of the house of Israel. He shall prepare the sin offering, the grain offering, the burnt offering, and the peace offerings to make atonement for the house of Israel."

"The prince shall enter by way of the vestibule of the gateway from the outside, and stand by the gatepost. The priests shall prepare his burnt offering and his peace offerings. He shall worship at the threshold of the gate. Then he shall go out, but the gate shall not be shut until evening.

" Now when the prince makes a voluntary burnt offering or voluntary peace offering to the LORD, the gate that faces toward the east shall then be opened for him; and he shall prepare his burnt offering and his peace offerings as he did on the Sabbath day. Then he shall go out, and after he goes out the gate shall be shut.

But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.

For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation,

' If his offering [is] a burnt sacrifice of the herd, let him offer a male without blemish; he shall offer it of his own free will at the door of the tabernacle of meeting before the LORD.

'[you shall offer] of your own free will a male without blemish from the cattle, from the sheep, or from the goats.

'Either a bull or a lamb that has any limb too long or too short you may offer [as] a freewill offering, but for a vow it shall not be accepted.

"And when you offer a sacrifice of thanksgiving to the LORD, offer [it] of your own free will.
