Moreover the word of the LORD came to me, saying, "Jeremiah, what do you see?" And I said, "I see a branch of an almond tree."

The word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying,

"The prophet who has a dream, let him tell a dream; And he who has My word, let him speak My word faithfully. What [is] the chaff to the wheat?" says the LORD.

Moreover the word of the LORD came to me, saying,

God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets,

for prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke [as they were] moved by the Holy Spirit.
