And to any hill which could be dug with the hoe, You will not go there for fear of briers and thorns; But it will become a range for oxen And a place for sheep to roam.

Then the lambs shall feed in their pasture, And in the waste places of the fat ones strangers shall eat.

The cities of Aroer [are] forsaken; They will be for flocks Which lie down, and no one will make [them] afraid.

" This [shall be] a sign to you: You shall eat this year such as grows of itself, And the second year what springs from the same; Also in the third year sow and reap, Plant vineyards and eat the fruit of them.
