Isaiah 13:2-4

"Lift up a banner on the high mountain, Raise your voice to them; Wave your hand, that they may enter the gates of the nobles.

I have commanded My sanctified ones; I have also called My mighty ones for My anger -- Those who rejoice in My exaltation."

The noise of a multitude in the mountains, Like that of many people! A tumultuous noise of the kingdoms of nations gathered together! The LORD of hosts musters The army for battle.
Isaiah 21:7-9

And he saw a chariot [with] a pair of horsemen, A chariot of donkeys, [and] a chariot of camels, And he listened earnestly with great care.

Then he cried, "A lion, my Lord! I stand continually on the watchtower in the daytime; I have sat at my post every night.

And look, here comes a chariot of men [with] a pair of horsemen!" Then he answered and said, "Babylon is fallen, is fallen! And all the carved images of her gods He has broken to the ground."

They shall not take from you a stone for a corner Nor a stone for a foundation, But you shall be desolate forever," says the LORD.

Set up a banner in the land, Blow the trumpet among the nations! Prepare the nations against her, Call the kingdoms together against her: Ararat, Minni, and Ashkenaz. Appoint a general against her; Cause the horses to come up like the bristling locusts.

Prepare against her the nations, With the kings of the Medes, Its governors and all its rulers, All the land of his dominion.

And the land will tremble and sorrow; For every purpose of the LORD shall be performed against Babylon, To make the land of Babylon a desolation without inhabitant.
