If she [is] a wall, We will build upon her A battlement of silver; And if she [is] a door, We will enclose her With boards of cedar. THE SHULAMITE

Also send me cedar and cypress and algum logs from Lebanon, for I know that your servants have skill to cut timber in Lebanon; and indeed my servants [will be] with your servants,

to prepare timber for me in abundance, for the temple which I am about to build [shall be] great and wonderful.

The righteous shall flourish like a palm tree, He shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon.

but if I am delayed, [I write] so that you may know how you ought to conduct yourself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.

And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifested in the flesh, Justified in the Spirit, Seen by angels, Preached among the Gentiles, Believed on in the world, Received up in glory.

for he waited for the city which has foundations, whose builder and maker [is] God.

Coming to Him [as to] a living stone, rejected indeed by men, but chosen by God [and] precious,

you also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.

Your head [crowns] you like [Mount] Carmel, And the hair of your head [is] like purple; A king [is] held captive by [your] tresses.

their doorposts and the beveled window frames. And the galleries all around their three stories opposite the threshold were paneled with wood from the ground to the windows -- the windows were covered --

Opposite the inner court of twenty [cubits,] and opposite the pavement of the outer court, [was] gallery against gallery in three [stories.]
