A man who bears false witness against his neighbor [Is like] a club, a sword, and a sharp arrow.

Your tongue devises destruction, Like a sharp razor, working deceitfully.

My soul [is] among lions; I lie [among] the sons of men Who are set on fire, Whose teeth [are] spears and arrows, And their tongue a sharp sword.

Indeed, they belch with their mouth; Swords [are] in their lips; For [they say,] "Who hears?"

Who sharpen their tongue like a sword, And bend [their bows to shoot] their arrows -- bitter words,

And the tongue [is] a fire, a world of iniquity. The tongue is so set among our members that it defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire by hell.

But no man can tame the tongue. [It is] an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.

He had in His right hand seven stars, out of His mouth went a sharp two-edged sword, and His countenance [was] like the sun shining in its strength.

The tongue of the righteous [is] choice silver; The heart of the wicked [is worth] little.

The lips of the righteous feed many, But fools die for lack of wisdom.

A wicked messenger falls into trouble, But a faithful ambassador [brings] health.

The lips of the wise disperse knowledge, But the heart of the fool [does] not [do] so.

Pleasant words [are like] a honeycomb, Sweetness to the soul and health to the bones.

"And those of the people who understand shall instruct many; yet [for many] days they shall fall by sword and flame, by captivity and plundering.

In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, [was] the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each [tree] yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree [were] for the healing of the nations.
