"And the stones shall have the names of the sons of Israel, twelve according to their names, [like] the engravings of a signet, each one with its own name; they shall be according to the twelve tribes.

" You shall also make a plate of pure gold and engrave on it, [like] the engraving of a signet: HOLINESS TO THE LORD.

" [As] I live," says the LORD, "though Coniah the son of Jehoiakim, king of Judah, were the signet on My right hand, yet I would pluck you off;

For behold, the stone That I have laid before Joshua: Upon the stone [are] seven eyes. Behold, I will engrave its inscription,' Says the LORD of hosts, 'And I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day.

In Him you also [trusted,] after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,

And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.

Nevertheless the solid foundation of God stands, having this seal: "The Lord knows those who are His," and, "Let everyone who names the name of Christ depart from iniquity."

Then I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God. And he cried with a loud voice to the four angels to whom it was granted to harm the earth and the sea,

"You shall also make settings of gold,

"and you shall make two chains of pure gold like braided cords, and fasten the braided chains to the settings.

"and the [other] two ends of the two braided [chains] you shall fasten to the two settings, and put them on the shoulder straps of the ephod in the front.

And they set onyx stones, enclosed in settings of gold; they were engraved, as signets are engraved, with the names of the sons of Israel.

the fourth row, a beryl, an onyx, and a jasper. [They were] enclosed in settings of gold in their mountings.

The two ends of the two braided chains they fastened in the two settings, and put them on the shoulder straps of the ephod in the front.
