You have given him his heart's desire, And have not withheld the request of his lips. Selah

"If He passes by, imprisons, and gathers [to judgment,] Then who can hinder Him?

Whatever the LORD pleases He does, In heaven and in earth, In the seas and in all deep places.

Who established the mountains by His strength, [Being] clothed with power;

The mountains melt like wax at the presence of the LORD, At the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.

He removes the mountains, and they do not know When He overturns them in His anger;

The mountains will melt under Him, And the valleys will split Like wax before the fire, Like waters poured down a steep place.

The mountains quake before Him, The hills melt, And the earth heaves at His presence, Yes, the world and all who dwell in it.

He stood and measured the earth; He looked and startled the nations. And the everlasting mountains were scattered, The perpetual hills bowed. His ways [are] everlasting.

The mountains saw You [and] trembled; The overflowing of the water passed by. The deep uttered its voice, [And] lifted its hands on high.
