The wicked shall be turned into hell, [And] all the nations that forget God.

But God will redeem my soul from the power of the grave, For He shall receive me. Selah

If I ascend into heaven, You [are] there; If I make my bed in hell, behold, You [are there.]

'You shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor tattoo any marks on you: I [am] the LORD.

'All the days that he separates himself to the LORD he shall not go near a dead body.

For a fire is kindled by my anger, And shall burn to the lowest hell; It shall consume the earth with her increase, And set on fire the foundations of the mountains.

[They are] higher than heaven -- what can you do? Deeper than Sheol -- what can you know?

Hell and Destruction [are] before the LORD; So how much more the hearts of the sons of men.

Hell and Destruction are never full; So the eyes of man are never satisfied.

Therefore Sheol has enlarged itself And opened its mouth beyond measure; Their glory and their multitude and their pomp, And he who is jubilant, shall descend into it.

"Hell from beneath is excited about you, To meet [you] at your coming; It stirs up the dead for you, All the chief ones of the earth; It has raised up from their thrones All the kings of the nations.

"Though they dig into hell, From there my hand shall take them; Though they climb up to heaven, From there I will bring them down;

"And being in torments in Hades, he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.

"and killed the Prince of life, whom God raised from the dead, of which we are witnesses.

"O Death, where [is] your sting? O Hades, where [is] your victory?"

"I [am] He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades and of Death.

The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works.

For You will not leave my soul in Hades, Nor will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption.

"Men [and] brethren, let [me] speak freely to you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his tomb is with us to this day.

"he, foreseeing this, spoke concerning the resurrection of the Christ, that His soul was not left in Hades, nor did His flesh see corruption.

"Therefore He also says in another [Psalm:] 'You will not allow Your Holy One to see corruption.'

"but He whom God raised up saw no corruption.

So also [is] the resurrection of the dead. [The body] is sown in corruption, it is raised in incorruption.

Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does corruption inherit incorruption.

in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

So when this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: "Death is swallowed up in victory."

" Seventy weeks are determined For your people and for your holy city, To finish the transgression, To make an end of sins, To make reconciliation for iniquity, To bring in everlasting righteousness, To seal up vision and prophecy, And to anoint the Most Holy.

And the angel answered and said to her, "[The] Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you; therefore, also, that Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God.

saying, "Let [us] alone! What have we to do with You, Jesus of Nazareth? Did You come to destroy us? I know who You are -- the Holy One of God!"

"But you denied the Holy One and the Just, and asked for a murderer to be granted to you,
