Let the proud be ashamed, For they treated me wrongfully with falsehood; [But] I will meditate on Your precepts.

He made a pit and dug it out, And has fallen into the ditch [which] he made.

Let not the foot of pride come against me, And let not the hand of the wicked drive me away.
