With my whole heart I have sought You; Oh, let me not wander from Your commandments!

[There are] many who say, "Who will show us [any] good?" LORD, lift up the light of Your countenance upon us.

To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David when Nathan the prophet went to him, after he had gone in to Bathsheba. Have mercy upon me, O God, According to Your lovingkindness; According to the multitude of Your tender mercies, Blot out my transgressions.

For I acknowledge my transgressions, And my sin [is] always before me.

A Prayer of David Bow down Your ear, O LORD, hear me; For I [am] poor and needy.

Be merciful to me, O Lord, For I cry to You all day long.

They did not cry out to Me with their heart When they wailed upon their beds. "They assemble together for grain and new wine, They rebel against Me;

let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water.

[When You said,] "Seek My face," My heart said to You, "Your face, LORD, I will seek."

You would also lie down, and no one would make [you] afraid; [Yes,] many would court your favor.

Let Your mercies come also to me, O LORD -- Your salvation according to Your word.

You have dealt well with Your servant, O LORD, according to Your word.

Let, I pray, Your merciful kindness be for my comfort, According to Your word to Your servant.

Let my supplication come before You; Deliver me according to Your word.

In God (I will praise His word), In God I have put my trust; I will not fear. What can flesh do to me?

In God (I will praise [His] word), In the LORD (I will praise [His] word),

I will worship toward Your holy temple, And praise Your name For Your lovingkindness and Your truth; For You have magnified Your word above all Your name.

"Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.
