My voice You shall hear in the morning, O LORD; In the morning I will direct [it] to You, And I will look up.

For You meet him with the blessings of goodness; You set a crown of pure gold upon his head.

The LORD will command His lovingkindness in the daytime, And in the night His song [shall be] with me -- A prayer to the God of my life.

But to You I have cried out, O LORD, And in the morning my prayer comes before You.

My soul [waits] for the Lord More than those who watch for the morning -- [Yes, more than] those who watch for the morning.

With my soul I have desired You in the night, Yes, by my spirit within me I will seek You early; For when Your judgments [are] in the earth, The inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.

Now in the morning, having risen a long while before daylight, He went out and departed to a solitary place; and there He prayed.

Those who fear You will be glad when they see me, Because I have hoped in Your word.

My soul faints for Your salvation, But I hope in Your word.

In God (I will praise His word), In God I have put my trust; I will not fear. What can flesh do to me?

I wait for the LORD, my soul waits, And in His word I do hope.

Thus God, determining to show more abundantly to the heirs of promise the immutability of His counsel, confirmed [it] by an oath,

This [hope] we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which enters the Presence [behind] the veil,
