You led Your people like a flock By the hand of Moses and Aaron.

"Come now, therefore, and I will send you to Pharaoh that you may bring My people, the children of Israel, out of Egypt."

"Now therefore, go, and I will be with your mouth and teach you what you shall say."

So the anger of the LORD was kindled against Moses, and He said: "Is not Aaron the Levite your brother? I know that he can speak well. And look, he is also coming out to meet you. When he sees you, he will be glad in his heart.

"Go in, tell Pharaoh king of Egypt to let the children of Israel go out of his land."

These [are the same] Aaron and Moses to whom the LORD said, "Bring out the children of Israel from the land of Egypt according to their armies."

These [are] the ones who spoke to Pharaoh king of Egypt, to bring out the children of Israel from Egypt. These [are the same] Moses and Aaron.

'Also I sent Moses and Aaron, and I plagued Egypt, according to what I did among them. Afterward I brought you out.

For I brought you up from the land of Egypt, I redeemed you from the house of bondage; And I sent before you Moses, Aaron, and Miriam.

"I have surely seen the oppression of my people who are in Egypt; I have heard their groaning and have come down to deliver them. And now come, I will send you to Egypt." '

"This Moses whom they rejected, saying, 'Who made you a ruler and a judge?' is the one God sent [to be] a ruler and a deliverer by the hand of the Angel who appeared to him in the bush.

So the LORD said to Moses: "See, I have made you [as] God to Pharaoh, and Aaron your brother shall be your prophet.

For every man threw down his rod, and they became serpents. But Aaron's rod swallowed up their rods.

"Now take Aaron your brother, and his sons with him, from among the children of Israel, that he may minister to Me as priest, Aaron [and] Aaron's sons: Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.

"And you shall make holy garments for Aaron your brother, for glory and for beauty.

"And you shall put the two stones on the shoulders of the ephod [as] memorial stones for the sons of Israel. So Aaron shall bear their names before the LORD on his two shoulders as a memorial.

"So Aaron shall bear the names of the sons of Israel on the breastplate of judgment over his heart, when he goes into the holy [place,] as a memorial before the LORD continually.

" You shall make the robe of the ephod all of blue.

" And upon its hem you shall make pomegranates of blue, purple, and scarlet, all around its hem, and bells of gold between them all around:

"And it shall be upon Aaron when he ministers, and its sound will be heard when he goes into the holy [place] before the LORD and when he comes out, that he may not die.

"And you shall put it on a blue cord, that it may be on the turban; it shall be on the front of the turban.

"Then you shall take the garments, put the tunic on Aaron, and the robe of the ephod, the ephod, and the breastplate, and gird him with the intricately woven band of the ephod.

"And you shall take the anointing oil, pour [it] on his head, and anoint him.

"And you shall gird them with sashes, Aaron and his sons, and put the hats on them. The priesthood shall be theirs for a perpetual statute. So you shall consecrate Aaron and his sons.

"Then you shall kill the bull before the LORD, [by] the door of the tabernacle of meeting.

"And you shall take all the fat that covers the entrails, the fatty lobe [attached] to the liver, and the two kidneys and the fat that [is] on them, and burn [them] on the altar.

" You shall also take one ram, and Aaron and his sons shall put their hands on the head of the ram;

"Then you shall cut the ram in pieces, wash its entrails and its legs, and put [them] with its pieces and with its head.

" You shall also take the other ram, and Aaron and his sons shall put their hands on the head of the ram.

"And you shall take some of the blood that is on the altar, and some of the anointing oil, and sprinkle [it] on Aaron and on his garments, on his sons and on the garments of his sons with him; and he and his garments shall be hallowed, and his sons and his sons' garments with him.

"one loaf of bread, one cake [made with] oil, and one wafer from the basket of the unleavened bread that [is] before the LORD;

"You shall receive them back from their hands and burn [them] on the altar as a burnt offering, as a sweet aroma before the LORD. It [is] an offering made by fire to the LORD.

"And from the ram of the consecration you shall consecrate the breast of the wave offering which is waved, and the thigh of the heave offering which is raised, of [that] which [is] for Aaron and of [that] which is for his sons.

" And the holy garments of Aaron shall be his sons' after him, to be anointed in them and to be consecrated in them.

" And you shall take the ram of the consecration and boil its flesh in the holy place.

"They shall eat those things with which the atonement was made, to consecrate [and] to sanctify them; but an outsider shall not eat [them,] because they [are] holy.

" Thus you shall do to Aaron and his sons, according to all that I have commanded you. Seven days you shall consecrate them.

"Seven days you shall make atonement for the altar and sanctify it. And the altar shall be most holy. Whatever touches the altar must be holy.

"One lamb you shall offer in the morning, and the other lamb you shall offer at twilight.

"And the other lamb you shall offer at twilight; and you shall offer with it the grain offering and the drink offering, as in the morning, for a sweet aroma, an offering made by fire to the LORD.

"And there I will meet with the children of Israel, and [the tabernacle] shall be sanctified by My glory.

"I will dwell among the children of Israel and will be their God.

And he put the tunic on him, girded him with the sash, clothed him with the robe, and put the ephod on him; and he girded him with the intricately woven band of the ephod, and with it tied [the ephod] on him.

And he put the turban on his head. Also on the turban, on its front, he put the golden plate, the holy crown, as the LORD had commanded Moses.

He sprinkled some of it on the altar seven times, anointed the altar and all its utensils, and the laver and its base, to consecrate them.

Then Moses brought Aaron's sons and put tunics on them, girded them with sashes, and put hats on them, as the LORD had commanded Moses.

and Moses killed [it.] Then he took the blood, and put [some] on the horns of the altar all around with his finger, and purified the altar. And he poured the blood at the base of the altar, and consecrated it, to make atonement for it.

But the bull, its hide, its flesh, and its offal, he burned with fire outside the camp, as the LORD had commanded Moses.

and Moses killed [it.] Then he sprinkled the blood all around on the altar.

Then he washed the entrails and the legs in water. And Moses burned the whole ram on the altar. It [was] a burnt sacrifice for a sweet aroma, an offering made by fire to the LORD, as the LORD had commanded Moses.

and Moses killed [it.] Also he took [some] of its blood and put it on the tip of Aaron's right ear, on the thumb of his right hand, and on the big toe of his right foot.

Then he took the fat and the fat tail, all the fat that [was] on the entrails, the fatty lobe [attached to] the liver, the two kidneys and their fat, and the right thigh;

and he put all [these] in Aaron's hands and in his sons' hands, and waved them [as] a wave offering before the LORD.

And Moses took the breast and waved it [as] a wave offering before the LORD. It was Moses' part of the ram of consecration, as the LORD had commanded Moses.

And Moses said to Aaron and his sons, "Boil the flesh [at] the door of the tabernacle of meeting, and eat it there with the bread that [is] in the basket of consecration offerings, as I commanded, saying, 'Aaron and his sons shall eat it.'

"And you shall not go outside the door of the tabernacle of meeting [for] seven days, until the days of your consecration are ended. For seven days he shall consecrate you.

"Therefore you shall stay [at] the door of the tabernacle of meeting day and night for seven days, and keep the charge of the LORD, so that you may not die; for so I have been commanded."

and he spoke to Korah and all his company, saying, "Tomorrow morning the LORD will show who [is] His and [who is] holy, and will cause [him] to come near to Him. That one whom He chooses He will cause to come near to Him.

"put fire in them and put incense in them before the LORD tomorrow, and it shall be [that] the man whom the LORD chooses [is] the holy one. [You take] too much upon yourselves, you sons of Levi!"

"[Is it] a small thing to you that the God of Israel has separated you from the congregation of Israel, to bring you near to Himself, to do the work of the tabernacle of the LORD, and to stand before the congregation to serve them;

"Therefore you and all your company [are] gathered together against the LORD. And what [is] Aaron that you complain against him?"

"And it shall be [that] the rod of the man whom I choose will blossom; thus I will rid Myself of the complaints of the children of Israel, which they make against you."

Then Samuel said to the people, "[It is] the LORD who raised up Moses and Aaron, and who brought your fathers up from the land of Egypt.
