On that day David first delivered [this psalm] into the hand of Asaph and his brethren, to thank the LORD:

Sing to Him, sing psalms to Him; Talk of all His wondrous works!

Seek the LORD and His strength; Seek His face evermore!

O seed of Israel His servant, You children of Jacob, His chosen ones!

Remember His covenant forever, The word which He commanded, for a thousand generations,

And confirmed it to Jacob for a statute, To Israel [for] an everlasting covenant,

When you were few in number, Indeed very few, and strangers in it.

He permitted no man to do them wrong; Yes, He rebuked kings for their sakes,

Of Jeduthun, the sons of Jeduthun: Gedaliah, Zeri, Jeshaiah, Shimei, Hashabiah, and Mattithiah, six, under the direction of their father Jeduthun, who prophesied with a harp to give thanks and to praise the LORD.

And in that day you will say: "Praise the LORD, call upon His name; Declare His deeds among the peoples, Make mention that His name is exalted.

And it shall come to pass [That] whoever calls on the name of the LORD Shall be saved. For in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be deliverance, As the LORD has said, Among the remnant whom the LORD calls.

"And here he has authority from the chief priests to bind all who call on Your name."

For "whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved."

To the church of God which is at Corinth, to those who are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called [to be] saints, with all who in every place call on the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours:

A Contemplation of Ethan the Ezrahite. I will sing of the mercies of the LORD forever; With my mouth will I make known Your faithfulness to all generations.

Declare His glory among the nations, His wonders among all peoples.

One generation shall praise Your works to another, And shall declare Your mighty acts.

[Men] shall speak of the might of Your awesome acts, And I will declare Your greatness.

"For [there is] no sorcery against Jacob, Nor any divination against Israel. It now must be said of Jacob And of Israel, 'Oh, what God has done!'

And in that day you will say: "Praise the LORD, call upon His name; Declare His deeds among the peoples, Make mention that His name is exalted.

[Are] You not [the One] who dried up the sea, The waters of the great deep; That made the depths of the sea a road For the redeemed to cross over?

"Therefore I make a decree that any people, nation, or language which speaks anything amiss against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego shall be cut in pieces, and their houses shall be made an ash heap; because there is no other God who can deliver like this."

Nebuchadnezzar the king, To all peoples, nations, and languages that dwell in all the earth: Peace be multiplied to you.

How great [are] His signs, And how mighty His wonders! His kingdom [is] an everlasting kingdom, And His dominion [is] from generation to generation.

I make a decree that in every dominion of my kingdom [men must] tremble and fear before the God of Daniel. For He [is] the living God, And steadfast forever; His kingdom [is the one] which shall not be destroyed, And His dominion [shall endure] to the end.

He delivers and rescues, And He works signs and wonders In heaven and on earth, Who has delivered Daniel from the power of the lions.
