"Can a man be profitable to God, Though he who is wise may be profitable to himself?

[Is it] any pleasure to the Almighty that you are righteous? Or [is it] gain [to Him] that you make your ways blameless?

If you are righteous, what do you give Him? Or what does He receive from your hand?

For You meet him with the blessings of goodness; You set a crown of pure gold upon his head.

"Or who has first given to Him And it shall be repaid to him?"

'Now therefore, if you will indeed obey My voice and keep My covenant, then you shall be a special treasure to Me above all people; for all the earth [is] Mine.

"Indeed heaven and the highest heavens belong to the LORD your God, [also] the earth with all that [is] in it.

Yours, O LORD, [is] the greatness, The power and the glory, The victory and the majesty; For all [that is] in heaven and in earth [is Yours;] Yours [is] the kingdom, O LORD, And You are exalted as head over all.

" Now therefore, our God, We thank You And praise Your glorious name.

A Psalm of David. The earth [is] the LORD's, and all its fullness, The world and those who dwell therein.

"If I were hungry, I would not tell you; For the world [is] Mine, and all its fullness.

The heaven, [even] the heavens, [are] the LORD's; But the earth He has given to the children of men.

for "the earth [is] the LORD's, and all its fullness."

But if anyone says to you, "This was offered to idols," do not eat it for the sake of the one who told you, and for conscience' sake; for "the earth [is] the LORD's, and all its fullness."
