"You shall overlay the boards with gold, make their rings of gold [as] holders for the bars, and overlay the bars with gold.

The inner sanctuary [was] twenty cubits long, twenty cubits wide, and twenty cubits high. He overlaid it with pure gold, and overlaid the altar of cedar.

The whole temple he overlaid with gold, until he had finished all the temple; also he overlaid with gold the entire altar that [was] by the inner sanctuary.

' As for the beauty of his ornaments, He set it in majesty; But they made from it The images of their abominations -- Their detestable things; Therefore I have made it Like refuse to them.

"Moreover you shall make the tabernacle [with] ten curtains [of] fine woven linen and blue, purple, and scarlet [thread;] with artistic designs of cherubim you shall weave them.

Then he carved cherubim, palm trees, and open flowers [on them,] and overlaid [them] with gold applied evenly on the carved work.
