"For the LORD will judge His people And have compassion on His servants, When He sees that [their] power is gone, And [there is] no one [remaining,] bond or free.

'Therefore I have not sinned against you, but you wronged me by fighting against me. May the LORD, the Judge, render judgment this day between the children of Israel and the people of Ammon.' "

"For I have told him that I will judge his house forever for the iniquity which he knows, because his sons made themselves vile, and he did not restrain them.

Arise, O LORD, in Your anger; Lift Yourself up because of the rage of my enemies; Rise up for me [to] the judgment You have commanded!

The LORD shall judge the peoples; Judge me, O LORD, according to my righteousness, And according to my integrity within me.

Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him [was] called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war.

Then she said, "Please let the king remember the LORD your God, and do not permit the avenger of blood to destroy anymore, lest they destroy my son." And he said, "[As] the LORD lives, not one hair of your son shall fall to the ground."

Then Jonathan said to the young man who bore his armor, "Come, let us go over to the garrison of these uncircumcised; it may be that the LORD will work for us. For nothing restrains the LORD from saving by many or by few."

For we do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, of our trouble which came to us in Asia: that we were burdened beyond measure, above strength, so that we despaired even of life.

Yes, we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves but in God who raises the dead,

And when the servant of the man of God arose early and went out, there was an army, surrounding the city with horses and chariots. And his servant said to him, "Alas, my master! What shall we do?"

My eyes [are] ever toward the LORD, For He shall pluck my feet out of the net.

A Song of Ascents. I will lift up my eyes to the hills -- From whence comes my help?

My help [comes] from the LORD, Who made heaven and earth.

A Song of Ascents. Unto You I lift up my eyes, O You who dwell in the heavens.

Behold, as the eyes of servants [look] to the hand of their masters, As the eyes of a maid to the hand of her mistress, So our eyes [look] to the LORD our God, Until He has mercy on us.

But my eyes [are] upon You, O GOD the Lord; In You I take refuge; Do not leave my soul destitute.

Then I said, 'I have been cast out of Your sight; Yet I will look again toward Your holy temple.'
