Gideon had seventy sons who were his own offspring, for he had many wives.

Now he had thirty sons who rode on thirty donkeys; they also had thirty towns, which are called "Havoth Jair" to this day, which [are] in the land of Gilead.

He had forty sons and thirty grandsons, who rode on seventy young donkeys. He judged Israel eight years.

Then she said to her mistress, "If only my master [were] with the prophet who [is] in Samaria! For he would heal him of his leprosy."

"For the saying which he cried out by the word of the LORD against the altar in Bethel, and against all the shrines on the high places which [are] in the cities of Samaria, will surely come to pass."

So Omri rested with his fathers and was buried in Samaria. Then Ahab his son reigned in his place.

Then he searched for Ahaziah; and they caught him (he was hiding in Samaria), and brought him to Jehu. When they had killed him, they buried him, "because," they said, "he is the son of Jehoshaphat, who sought the LORD with all his heart." So the house of Ahaziah had no one to assume power over the kingdom.

" You shall appoint judges and officers in all your gates, which the LORD your God gives you, according to your tribes, and they shall judge the people with just judgment.

And she wrote letters in Ahab's name, sealed [them] with his seal, and sent the letters to the elders and the nobles who [were] dwelling in the city with Naboth.

and seat two men, scoundrels, before him to bear witness against him, saying, "You have blasphemed God and the king." [Then] take him out, and stone him, that he may die.

They proclaimed a fast, and seated Naboth with high honor among the people.

Then they sent to Jezebel, saying, "Naboth has been stoned and is dead."
