So they buried Abner in Hebron; and the king lifted up his voice and wept at the grave of Abner, and all the people wept.

So David commanded his young men, and they executed them, cut off their hands and feet, and hanged [them] by the pool in Hebron. But they took the head of Ishbosheth and buried [it] in the tomb of Abner in Hebron.

Then they raised over him a great heap of stones, still there to this day. So the LORD turned from the fierceness of His anger. Therefore the name of that place has been called the Valley of Achor to this day.

So they picked up Jonah and threw him into the sea, and the sea ceased from its raging.

And He called to me, and spoke to me, saying, "See, those who go toward the north country have given rest to My Spirit in the north country."
