When commanders lead in Israel, when the people willingly offer themselves, bless Jehovah!

And the people rejoiced, for they had offered willingly, because with a perfect heart they had offered willingly unto Jehovah; and King David also rejoiced with great joy.

For I bear witness that according to their ability, yes, and beyond their ability, they were freely willing,

imploring us with much entreating that we would receive the gift and the fellowship of the ministering to the saints.

For if something is presented eagerly, it is accepted according to what one has, and not according to what he does not have.

For indeed he accepted the exhortation, and being more earnest, he went to you of his own accord.

Therefore I thought it necessary to exhort the brethren to go to you ahead of time, and prepare your bounty beforehand, which you had previously announced, that it may be ready as a blessing and not as greed.
