And the first angel sounded: And hail and fire followed, mingled with blood, and they were thrown to the earth. And a third of the trees were burned up, and all green grass was burned up.

So He who sat on the cloud thrust in His sickle on the earth, and the earth was reaped.

And Jehovah said to Moses and Aaron, Take for yourselves handfuls of ashes from a furnace, and let Moses toss it toward the heavens before Pharaoh's eyes.

And they took ashes from the furnace and stood before Pharaoh, and Moses tossed them toward the heavens. And they became inflammations breaking out into boils upon man and beast.

And Jehovah will take away from you all sickness, and will afflict you with none of the terrible diseases of Egypt which you have known, but will lay them on all those who hate you.

Jehovah will strike you with the boils of Egypt, with tumors, with the scab, and with the itch, from which you cannot be healed.

And the hand of Jehovah was heavy upon those of Ashdod, and He ravaged them and struck them with tumors, both Ashdod and its territories.

And so it was, after they had brought it around, that the hand of Jehovah was against the city with a very great destruction; and He struck the men of the city, both small and great, and tumors broke out on them.

and you shall have great sickness with a disease of your intestines, until your intestines come out by reason of the sickness, day by day.

And after all this Jehovah struck him in his intestines with an incurable disease.

So Satan went out from the presence of Jehovah, and struck Job with malignant inflammation from the sole of his foot to the top of his head.

And he took a potsherd with which to scrape himself; and he sat down in the middle of the ashes.

He caused an east wind to blow in the heavens; and by His power He brought in the south wind.

Why will you be stricken any more? Will you rebel more and more? The whole head is sick, and the whole heart is faint.

From the sole of the foot even to the head, there is no soundness in it; only wounds and bruises and fresh stripes; they have not been closed nor bound up, nor has it been softened with oil.

therefore Jehovah will attach scabs to the top of the head of the daughters of Zion; and Jehovah will lay bare their secret parts.

And it shall be, instead of a smell of perfume, there shall be an odor of decay. And instead of a belt, a rope. And instead of well set hair, baldness. And instead of a rich robe, a girding of sackcloth; and branding instead of beauty.

And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, full of sores, who was laid at his gate,

So it happened that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham's bosom. The rich man also died and was buried.

And immediately an angel of the Lord struck him, because he did not give glory to God. And he was eaten by worms and died.

And it was given to him to give spirit to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not do homage to the image of the beast to be killed.

so that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
