And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell. And Babylon the great was remembered before God, to give her the cup of the wine of the anger of His wrath.

And on her forehead a name was written: MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.

And the woman whom you saw is that great city which reigns over the kings of the earth.

And he cried mightily with a loud voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and has become a dwelling place of demons, a prison for every unclean spirit, and a cage for every unclean and hated bird!

standing at a distance because of the terror of her torment, saying, Alas, alas, that great city Babylon, that mighty city! For in one hour your judgment has come.

And the merchants of the earth will weep and mourn over her, for no one buys their merchandise anymore:

and cried out when they saw the smoke of her burning, saying, What is like this great city?

Rejoice over her, O Heaven, and you holy apostles and prophets, for God has avenged you on her!

And behold, here comes a chariot with a man, and a pair of horsemen. And he answered and said, Babylon has fallen, has fallen! And all the graven images of her gods He has smashed to the ground.

Babylon has been a golden cup in Jehovah's hand, which made all the earth drunk. The nations have drunk her wine; therefore the nations are deranged.

Babylon has suddenly fallen and been destroyed. Wail for her; take balm for her pain, if perhaps she may be healed.

Also My food which I gave you; the fine flour, oil, and honey which I fed you; you set it before them as a soothing aroma; and so it was, says the Lord Jehovah.

that you have slain My children and offered them up to them by causing them to pass through the fire?

There is no healing for your fracture; your wound is severe. All who hear the report of you shall clap their hands over you, for on whom has your wickedness not passed continually?

And it was given to him to give spirit to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not do homage to the image of the beast to be killed.

so that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

And I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the witnesses of Jesus. And when I saw her, I marveled with great amazement.
