We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love the brethren. He who does not love his brother remains in death.

Then we shall know, we who follow on to know Jehovah. His going forth is established as the dawn. And He shall come to us as the rain, as the latter and former rain to the earth.

Then Jesus said to those Jews who had believed in Him, If you continue to abide in My Word, you are truly My disciples.

Therefore let us not judge one another anymore, but rather resolve this, not to put a stumbling block or a snare in our brother's way.

Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make sure of your calling and election, for if you do these things you will not ever stumble;

yet he has no root in himself, but endures only for a while. For when affliction or persecution arises because of the Word, immediately he stumbles.

Woe to the world because of stumbling blocks, for stumbling blocks must come; but woe to that man by whom the stumbling block comes!

Then He said to the disciples, It is impossible but that stumbling blocks will come, but woe to him through whom they do come!

It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were thrown into the sea, than that he should cause one of these little ones to stumble.

Why? Because it was not by faith, but as out of works of the Law. For they stumbled at the stumbling stone.

As it is written: Behold, I lay in Zion a stumbling stone and rock of offense, and everyone believing on Him will not be put to shame.
