And Moses and Aaron came in to Pharaoh and said to him, Thus says Jehovah the God of the Hebrews: How long will you refuse to humble yourself before Me? Let My people go, that they may serve Me.

and that I also have walked contrary to them and have brought them into the land of their enemies; if their uncircumcised hearts are humbled, and they accept their guilt;

Have you seen how Ahab has humbled himself before Me? Because he has humbled himself before Me, I will not bring about the evil in his days; but in the days of his son I will bring about the evil upon his house.

Or do we provoke the Lord to jealousy? Are we stronger than He?

Behold, the Mighty God is exalted by His power; who teaches like Him?

I will also cut off all the horns of the wicked; but the horns of the righteous shall be exalted.

In Your name they rejoice all day long, and in Your righteousness they are exalted.

For You are the glory of their strength, and in Your favor our horn is exalted.

Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low; and the crooked places shall be made level, and the rough places a plain;

Sigh therefore, son of man, with a breaking heart, and groan with bitterness before their eyes.

And whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.

He puts down the mighty from their thrones, and exalts the lowly.

Let the lowly brother rejoice in his exaltation,

but the rich in his humiliation, because as the flower of the field he will pass away.

Vengeance is Mine, and recompense; their foot shall slip in due time; for the day of their calamity is near, and the things prepared have made haste upon them.

For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.

who gave Himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time,

but has in due time proclaimed His Word through preaching, which was committed to me according to the commandment of God our Savior;
