And afterward he read all the Words of the Law, the blessings and the curses, according to all that is written in the Book of the Law.

There was not a Word of all that Moses had commanded which Joshua did not read before all the assembly of Israel, with the women, the little ones, and the sojourners who were living among them.

And with the stones he built an altar in the name of Jehovah; and he made a trench around the altar large enough to hold two seahs of seed.

And Jethro, Moses' father-in-law, took a burnt offering and sacrifices unto God. And Aaron came with all the elders of Israel to eat bread with Moses' father-in-law before God.

And he sent young men of the sons of Israel, who offered burnt offerings and slaughtered oxen for sacrifices of peace unto Jehovah.

You shall build with whole stones the altar of Jehovah your God, and offer burnt offerings on it unto Jehovah your God.

You shall offer peace offerings, and shall eat there, and rejoice before Jehovah your God.
