You have rebuked the proud, the cursed, who go astray from Your Commandments.

You have lightly tossed aside all those who stray from Your Statutes, for their deception is treachery.

My son, cease to hear correction, and you will stray from the words of knowledge.

Brethren, if a man is overtaken in any trespass, you who are spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of meekness, considering yourself that you not also be tempted.

Therefore lift up the hands which hang down, and the feeble knees,

and make straight paths for your feet, so that what is lame may not be turned aside, but rather be healed.

And on some have compassion, making a distinction;

but others rescue with fear, snatching them out of the fire, hating even the garment defiled by the flesh.
